We make tracking all your tagged and non-tagged instruments and supplies easier, quicker, and more efficient. Our instrument tracking can be used at any stage of the process to help improve all aspects.

Scope Tracking

With a user-friendly interface, integrating with existing workflow and processes is simple. The interface provides all required documentation: location, use and maintenance of all assets, along with reprocessing and case history data.

Make Managing Scopes Easier

  • RFID uniquely tagged scopes are tracked through the cleaning process, cabinet storage, procedure room and hospital location.
  • RFID uniquely tagged scopes are stored in automated/locked cabinets according to sterilization status.
  • Automated reminders of impending sterility expiration and/or required maintenance.
  • Locks linked to RFID scanning prevent unintended use of non-sterile scopes.

Trays are built from the repository of tagged and non-tagged instruments. An electronic record is registered for the surgery.

A pre-op scan is performed of all tagged items. A check off is performed on the touch screen for non-tagged items. The electronic record is updated.

Clean & Return

Instruments sent through wash station workflow and returned to the assembly area and prepared for use. The electronic record is updated and closed per instrument.
